FAQ
A few things you might be wondering about…
What is the difference between an offsite and a retreat?
Offsites are typically one-day experiences designed to step out of the everyday and reconnect as a team or group.
Immersive retreats take place over multiple days, allowing for a deeper shift—more space to slow down, reflect, and truly connect.
What is your role during the experience?
As a certified facilitator, I hold the overall space and gently guide the moments that matter.
This includes shaping the flow of the experience, supporting meaningful conversations, and ensuring everyone feels at ease. At the same time, I hold a close awareness of everything behind the scenes—drawing on my experience in planning and my eye for detail to make sure each element unfolds smoothly and naturally.
In this way, both the process and the atmosphere are carefully held, so that you and your group can fully arrive, connect, and be present.
Do you organise everything for us?
Yes. From finding the right location to shaping the overall flow of the experience, every element is thoughtfully taken care of.
With a strong background in planning and a deep eye for detail, I ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and seamlessly. From logistics to atmosphere, each aspect is carefully considered so that you can fully let go and be present with your group.
The intention is simple: to create a space that feels effortless for you, while everything is held with care.
What kind of moments do you facilitate?
Each experience is gently guided through a series of thoughtfully chosen moments, depending on the intention of the group.
This can include opening check-ins to arrive and connect, sharing expectations, or creating alignment at the start of a day. For teams, it may involve facilitating a specific process—such as shaping a future vision or working through frameworks like an OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies & Measures).
There is also space for more informal and human moments: team-building activities, time to slow down, reflect, and simply be. At the end of a day, I often guide a soft landing—creating space to gather insights, takeaways, and what wants to be carried forward.
Everything is adapted with care, so the experience feels natural, balanced, and right for the group.
We’re not exactly sure what we need yet—can we still reach out?
Of course. You don’t need to have everything defined. We can explore together what would feel most valuable.
Where do the experiences take place?
Suula is currently a mobile sanctuary. Each experience is hosted in a carefully selected location—ranging from nature-based settings to intimate venues—depending on what best fits your group and intention.
Can experiences be tailored to our needs?
Absolutely. Each Suula experience is thoughtfully curated to reflect your group, your intention, and what you want to create together.
Sometimes, all it takes is a first conversation.
You are warmly welcome to reach out—just as you are, with whatever is on your mind.
